Kolo-mee is somewhat equivalent to your sauced noodles with the usual condiments of “meat” slices, minced “meat” and some vege leaves, perhaps. Go to any food court or coffeeshop, you’re sure to find one.  The difference between each kolo-mee is perhaps a little variety to the condiments, but the main factor which determines its taste is the sauce used and what broth they use to dip the dried noodles. Not sure of the sauce, but some say that if you can taste the “meat” oil, it would definitely make the kolo-mee noodle yummy!

This food court in Kota Sentosa bazaar is also well-known for its Teh-C-Peng.  There are 2 kolo-mee stalls operating here, but the notable one is this stall (pictured above), and they operate in the late afternoon until early evening. They give the basic condiments, but with a generous amount of noodle and you can taste the “meat” oil in the sauce. Yummy!
