Located in Simpang Tiga, behind King Centre foodcourt, this is where you can get the cheapest Teh-C-Peng (currently RM1.10, last time just RM1/-). The average retail price is currently around RM1.40 in Kuching. No match for the best Teh-C-Peng though.

 

  

Anyway, we recommend you try out the Chicken Rice here. For Rm3.50/pax, with choices of either steamed or sauced chicken or both, served with optional sauced hard-boiled egg (half-cut) and pickled cucumber slices.  However, the main attraction is the chicken (leg) soup that comes with it.  It tastes very “gingerly”, which reminds us of good’old home-made chicken soup. The best way to enjoy a plate of chicken rice.
