Hakka Taufu Soup
February 10, 2006
From Siang-Siang Foodcourt, Tabuan Jaya. At RM3 (excluding the 50-cent bowl of rice). A variety of choice condiments to choose and mix from. Let’s see there were the mandatory beancurds with meat fillet, bittergourd and brinjals with fishcake filling, balls of meat, fish, prawn (excuse the choice of words). Top that with tanghoon or rice. A filling lunch, I’ll say.
Being anti-bittergourd and brinjal, I exclude those and add-on more of meat balls. This aint your normal fishball, chickenballs you get in the supermarkets. I always wonder where to get those.Meat – in this post and other posts, unless otherwise specified, – means pork ok. Meat balls…yumm.
